Who is Enforcer

What it is and how to get it

Enforcer is a Distinguished agent model for the Terrorist side, part of the Phoenix faction. It came out with Operation Shattered Web in November 2019, and since the operation has ended it no longer drops. The only way to get it now is to buy it from another player: agents are tradable like weapon skins. Once you own it, equip it in the T agent slot of your loadout and it replaces the default model every T round.

In-game story
