Who is Special Agent Ava
What it is and how to get it
Special Agent Ava is a Master agent model for the Counter-Terrorist side, part of the FBI faction. It came out with Operation Shattered Web in November 2019, and since the operation has ended it no longer drops. The only way to get it now is to buy it from another player: agents are tradable like weapon skins. Once you own it, equip it in the CT agent slot of your loadout and it replaces the default model every CT round.
In-game story
Initially underestimated, Special Agent Ava soon became her team's ultimate secret weapon.
Despite receiving three out of five possible FBI Honorary Medals, Ava is surprisingly indifferent to her accomplishments. The way she sees it, it's nothing compared to growing up with four older brothers in urban New Jersey.
Special Agent Ava takes pleasure from the simple things: clean wins, cold beer, and turning bad guys into thin crust pizza pie.
They see me. They're confused. And then they're dead.
From the in-game item description.
