The SCAR-20 is a semi-automatic sniper rifle that trades a high rate of fire and powerful long-distance damage for sluggish movement speed and big price tag. The logo of a research facility has been hand painted in white over a blue base.

Questions about SCAR-20 | Assault
- How much does SCAR-20 | Assault cost?
- SCAR-20 | Assault starts at about $0.24 and runs up to around $0.73 depending on wear. The cheapest wear is Battle-Scarred at $0.24, and Factory New is the most expensive at $0.73. Prices here are pulled from live market listings and refreshed daily, so treat them as a starting point rather than a fixed quote.
- Which wear should you buy for SCAR-20 | Assault?
- SCAR-20 | Assault exists between float 0 and 0.62, which is what decides the wear you can get. Here Factory New costs roughly 3x what Battle-Scarred does, so the question is whether the difference is visible from a first-person view. On darker and busier finishes it usually is not, and the cheaper wear does the same job in a loadout.
- What case is SCAR-20 | Assault from?
- SCAR-20 | Assault drops from The CS20 Collection and CS20 Case. Opening for a specific skin is a bad bet at almost any odds, so buying it outright on the market is nearly always the cheaper route.
- Does SCAR-20 | Assault have a StatTrak version?
- Yes. A StatTrak version of SCAR-20 | Assault exists and counts your kills with the SCAR-20. StatTrak copies are a separate item on the market and normally trade above the plain version, and a Souvenir version exists as well.
